Appearance
Chibi is small and chubby, only three months old and already knows simple alchemy. He is a mere 13 inches at the shoulder and weighs a bit too much for his age, nearly 23 pounds. His fur if fluffy and blindingly snow white with crimson markings that are seemingly unnaturally drawn on his fur. He has odd deformations on his shoulders made of cartilage that are covered with swirling fur. His eyes are black in color, though it is not hard to see expressions through them. The tip of his tail is coated with a black sap-substance that is secreted from the tip of his tail. The sap that drips from his tail can be used for drawing in dirt or on other objects.
Personality
Chibi is friendly and carefree as most pups are. He doesn't shy away from anything and seems to have nerves of steel, not showing any fear toward of anything or any one. He is awfully curious and it leads him to do some rather stupid things. Chibi has a habit of rolling in the mud or any thing that smells funny, really. He finds it great fun to do so as well as running after any little movement he can see giving him a bit of an ADD like mind set. He can't focus for more than thirty seconds on anything unless it's food. He always is wandering away from his pack because of this and it leads him into more trouble than it's worth.
Although he's a fun loving poof ball of a wolf he can be very determined. If he feels like it he can put up quite the fight using his alchemy though, he'd rather roll around on the ground and play fight than fight for real. He is definitely not the brightest creature out there and will often stare off into space with his mouth hanging open. This may seem like a stupid thing to do but he does that while absorbing sunlight.

History
Chibi's line starts back two generations with the creation of Shiranui, the first celestial wolf or wolf-flower and, unarguably the most powerful of the breed. Fallowing this lazy wolf was Amaterasu the second most powerful wolf of this breed though no one knows who or what her dam was. Ammy, as she was known to local Xingese people in the area, had two pups, Chibiterasu and Kuroterasu.
Chibi grew up normally in the wild with his mother, brother, and grandfather on the island known as Nippon in Xing. Their small pack roamed for a few weeks after his birth until they caught a boat to the main land, sneaking onboard without any humans noticing. After they got to the mainland they went west, the adults following the drive all wolves have. Recently the small pack had reached Amestris where the pack stopped to rest in a small town known as Resembol.
