Lord Darcia is not only tall as a human but is significantly large for a wolf. While most wolves are only thee feet or smaller he stands at a total of seven inches taller at three foot seven inches. His fur is a sleek black color that in certain lights seems to be purple. While human he stands at six foot three inches and normally wears noblemen clothes; expensive fabrics that all match specifically tailored to fit perfectly. Unlike most wolves he is solid as a human, not placing any illusions on people to make it seem that he is one and the same as a wolf, tangible with no spells or tricks.
Personality
Lord Darcia the third is fearsomely loyal to Dante even to a fault. He has an obsession with finding paradise as all wolves do but he wants to go there as a god. Because of this he feels the need to consume other wolves that he finds strength or purity in. Anything that he wants that is held in another wolf or any other animal that he wants he will kill them and eat their flesh. When the soul is not involved in what he wants than he will keep the wolf alive and take it to Dante to have it's mind removed and it's body fused with his own to become stronger, believing by doing this it will make him into a perfect wolf and in turn a god.
Even with his greed to become stronger he is caring to his followers, not wanting any harm to come upon them. He can forgive his minions quickly and never strikes them, but if they are harmed he will not hesitate to kill whoever had harmed them. Darcia is careless when it comes to those he needs to capture, often throwing them around as rag dolls but he makes sure he delivers them alive. He has a policy that if the minion isn't loyal and takes more than one time to tell them to do something he will kill them. He commands respect among those he is in the ranks with, if any one below him is disrespectful he does not see them as loyal.
Because he has been fused with so many other wolves he is highly desensitized to pain, while in fights if he is wounded, he does not feel the pain but only gets angry. He is practically insane in battles and enjoys inflicting pain onto the others and listening to them scream brings him pleasure. Yet when he is not fighting he appears to be calm and collected, rarely speaking out of a soft tone.

History
Public records on Darcia Noble.
Darcia was born to the Noble family, a family who's lines trace back to the beginning, before the reset of the world by the wolves (That is according to religious fanatics who believe in that). He grew up well off, living in the most luxurious houses and only the highest-end tutors, never entering public schools. In his early years he was known to get into a lot of mischief when around Dante Shamballa and admitted to having a crush on her when he was nine during an interview for a documentary about his family. He was seemingly an ordinary child until his teen years.
After the age of thirteen he began showing strange mental problems, killing animals in public and threatening people for no apparent reason. After a year of counseling the trouble seemed to have stopped and he resumed to be the "perfect child" as his parents put it. At the age of fifteen his parents were mysteriously murdered, a case that is still left unsolved but skeptics and conspiracy seekers claim that Darcia, in fact, killed his own parents out of spite. Some others claim that Dante Shamballa manipulated him to do it to get them out of the way.
A year later Dante's parents were killed as well and Darcia dropped from the public's eye just as Miss Shamballa showed back up on the radar to take her parents' company over. It wasn't until a few years later, at the age of twenty two, that Darcia showed back up as one of Dante's advisers and personal assistant as well as head of the company's security. Since his take over of the security no moles or other threats to the company had ever gotten in.
During the war Darcia reviled Shamballa Inc.'s own army of five-hundred-thousand strong and gave the word that central would not be touched by any threats if the citizens vowed their allegiance with the company. While the company remained neutral during the civil rebellion, Darcia's military was instructed to kill anyone who showed any sign of upraise in the city, as well as keeping the borders closed to any outside threats.
After the war, Shamballa's army was dispersed other than a small handful of special ops. Any rumors about experiments taking place in the building were quickly silenced by Darcia and his forces. No one knows what goes on inside the building but all who try to find out are silenced for good.
